Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She won her Pro Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions as a teenager. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015 continued previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009 she won the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. Her return came in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel admits she had no expectations. The athlete was satisfied about her position. Ariel was competing against the best of skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine and bent-over rows. Warming up is usually done prior to the workout. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This is usually three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
